Thoth Egyptian Tarot deck - designed by Aleister Crowley, 78 cardsMy research says Llewellyn Publications published the deck in 1973, as you can see from the picture of the deck box, my particular deck was printed in St Paul, MN, where I live currently. This deck has the 2 card printing errors that are from the first US edition printing on the Eight of Cups and the Ace of Disks.
